This small batch spirit has been hand-crafted in the style of a classic dark Caribbean rum, set apart by its origins of triple distillation prior to aging on darker roasted French Oak. This approach delivers a clean and satisfying long-lasting finish that allows the sweeter caramel and vanilla from the oak to shine through. Great over ice, in a cocktail, or with your favourite mixer.
